Architectural Intent
Implement the bidirectional cognitive feedback loop between SpectraStrike and VectorVue: push execution graph metadata upstream, synchronize actionable feedback downstream, and bind feedback-driven adjustments into policy evaluation context with visible effectiveness metrics.

Security and Control Posture
- AAA scope and authorization boundaries are enforced according to current orchestrator policy.
- Feedback adjustments are explicitly scoped by tenant and target URN.
- Policy adjustments are bound via deterministic in-memory context mapping before decision.
- Integration contracts remain loosely coupled and testable for VectorVue interoperability.
QA and Validation Evidence
Validated through:
- unit tests for VectorVue cognitive client endpoints
- unit tests for cognitive loop service policy binding and effectiveness metrics
- Sprint 31 QA test that exercises full graph push -> feedback sync -> policy deny decision flow
Risk Register
Risk: production drift between local fallback metrics and live orchestrator API data. Mitigation: retain explicit API contract route and keep no-store fetch behavior for runtime refresh.
